So far, it seems Andrew Garfield is stepping up to the Spider-Man challenge!
The actor had some big shoes to fill as he took over the superhero role from Tobey Maguire. But in his first photo from the film, the 27-year-old actor fills out the super-tight Spidey suit just fine!
"Though his name may be new to many, those who know this young actor's work understand his extraordinary talents," director Marc Webb recently said of Garfield. "He has a rare combination of intelligence, wit, and humanity. Mark my words, you will love Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker."
Garfield was most recently seen in The Social Network.
